h-kon, a leading provider of testing technology, is presenting a universal and powerful bidirectional tester for testing battery cells, modules and packs at the Battery Show in Stuttgart. The Battery Show Europe is Europe's largest event and conference for the latest battery manufacturing and technology, bringing together industry experts, leading battery manufacturers and interested buyers under one roof.

Ever higher specific outputs and energy densities require ever new production and testing systems - a challenge that h-kon has successfully taken on for more than five years now. The system supplier and process developer from southern Germany is recognised as one of the leading German companies in the design and development of assembly technology. As such, h-kon has also specialised in the field of end-of-line testing technology for battery modules and packs of lithium-ion batteries and works with customers around the globe in this area.

The new tester from h-kon, which will only be presented for the first time at the Battery Show in Stuttgart, is characterised by system-integrated high-end measurement technology and industry-proven PC-based control technology with integrated safety control, which can be flexibly adapted and scaled to customer requirements. The integrated test bench software is suitable for both manual and fully automated applications. It enables the testing of cells, modules and packs of different performance classes with universal and freely configurable test sequences without the need to change the PLC.

Visitors can experience this testing technology up close at the h-kon stand. In addition to Roland Arnold, other experts from sales, process development and project planning will be available to answer questions at any time.
