Testing Technology.

We are the leading designer of customised, automated end-of-line inspection technology that optimally matches the bandwidth and cycle time of the associated manufacturing equipment.

The systems we design are used for battery modules and packs of lithium-ion batteries. In order to be able to determine exactly how the batteries will later react to external influences, we subject them to a wide range of measurements. In doing so, we are able to realistically reproduce all operating conditions of an e-car battery on the road.
 
We also achieve a high level of test bench automation through fully automatic contacting and automatic module changing equipment with robots.

In addition to the electrical measurement of the cell interconnection in a module, our range of services also includes the writing and reading of CSC boards and the testing of BMU communication.
 
We also carry out SoC alignment, HV and LV testing, ISO SPI testing and MES connection. The same applies to the topic of test systems for decentralised battery switching units, such as battery junction boxes and automated battery pack test benches, which h-kon also has in its portfolio.
